The Panasonic OASYS Concept Home

The Project

Crafted Custom Homes was chosen by Panasonic to build the first-ever
US concept home to showcase their revolutionary new HVAC system: Oasys (Learn more about the OASYS system here).

The home was designed by KTGY Architects, interior design
was provided by the Crafted team, and the building performance design was completed by Toner Home Performance.

Occupant health, comfort and indoor air quality were top priorities throughout the execution of the project.

This home was designed and built from the ground up with the
intention of a modern, timeless look with lots of natural light, clean lines,
and natural wood finishes.

Built to the highest energy efficiency and air tightness standards, the home also features solar and battery storage for resiliency and backup power, Panasonic’s Intellibalance ERV, WhisperAir Repair, Swidget smart controls, a whole-house dehumidifier, heat pump water heater, and a host of other technologies to help manage Houston’s hot and humid climate.
