Crafted believes in supporting our Houston community through giving of our time and talents. These are a few of the organizations that we support directly:
The Hangar (Brookshire)
The Hangar provides a safe place for youths to hang out in Brookshire, Texas. They operate a number of community programs as well. We became involved with The Hangar when the GHBA Custom Builders Council did a volunteer project with their youth construction skills program. Crafted is now dedicated to donating building materials and our employee's time to assist with helping these youths and training the workforce of tomorrow. Crafted has even hired from their mentorship program!
Hangar Spotlight
Jazz Houston
Jazz Houston is a premier performing arts organization, led by Jazz at Lincoln Center trombonist Vincent Gardner and his wife Belinda Munro-Gardner. They perform and produce multiple jazz concerts throughout the year, support arts education and youth programs, and operate the Jazz Houston Youth Orchestra. Curtis Lawson is a member of the Board of Directors of Jazz Houston, and his daughter was a member of the youth orchestra for two years. Crafted provides financial support for Jazz Houston's programs.
